Return & Exchange Policy

This policy complies with FTC mail-order rules and CPSC bicycle gear safety regulations, with special provisions for the safety and hygiene characteristics of helmets, protective gear and odometers. All returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) Number; returns without an RA number will be rejected.

Eligibility Requirements


  1. Time Limit: All return/exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery. Helmet size exchanges can be extended to 45 days for proper fitting verification.
  2. Product Condition: All products must be unused, undamaged, in original condition with all tags, packaging, accessories and compliance documents intact:
    • Helmet: Original packaging, unbroken internal safety label, intact reflective tape (per NHTSA regulations), no scuffs, scratches or impact marks; helmet padding and straps must be clean and unaltered.
    • Protective Gear (pads, gloves, etc.): Unworn, no stains, tears or stretching; original tags and packaging intact; hygiene liners (if applicable) unopened.
    • Bicycle Odometer: Uninstalled, no mounting marks, original packaging and user manual included; screen and sensors undamaged, no software activation or data entry.

  3. Defective/Incorrect Items: Products with manufacturing defects (e.g., helmet shell cracks, protective gear stitching failure, odometer malfunctions) or wrong deliveries (incorrect size, model, color) are eligible for full free returns/exchanges. Photo/video evidence is required for verification, and we cover all shipping costs.
  4. CPSC Recalled Items: All CPSC-recalled bicycle gear is eligible for free return, replacement or full refund, regardless of purchase time.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items


  1. Used products (e.g., helmets worn for rides, protective gear with sweat/stains, odometers installed on bicycles).
  2. Products damaged due to improper use, accident or neglect (e.g., helmet impacted in a crash, protective gear torn during use, odometer damaged by water/impact).
  3. Customized products (e.g., personalized helmet decals, custom-sized protective gear) with non-quality-related issues.
  4. Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" on the product page), except for defective or CPSC-recalled items.
  5. Products with altered, removed or damaged safety labels, reflective tape or compliance marks (per CPSC/NHTSA regulations).

Return & Exchange Process


  1. Submit Request: Contact customer service via phone/email/website return portal, provide your order number, describe the issue and upload photo/video evidence (if applicable). We will review your request within 2 business days and issue an RA Number if approved.
  2. Ship/Pickup Arrangement:
    • For defective/incorrect/recalled items: We provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all shipping costs; no restocking fee applies.
    • For personal reason returns (unused, eligible condition): You are responsible for all shipping costs, and a 10-20% restocking fee applies (based on product type: 20% for helmets, 15% for protective gear, 10% for odometers).

  3. Inspection & Processing: Our quality and compliance team inspects returned items within 5 business days to verify condition and CPSC compliance.
    • Eligible defective/incorrect items: Process full refund (including original shipping fees) or exchange for the correct product, shipped free of charge within 3 business days.
    • Eligible personal reason returns: Deduct shipping costs and restocking fee, then issue a refund for the remaining product price.

  4. Refund Completion: Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7 business days after inspection approval. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1-3 business days for bank processing.
