We offer fast, reliable shipping for all bicycle gear to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories), with specialized packaging for helmet safety and odometer precision protection. PO box shipping is available for all products, with free shipping for eligible orders.

  • White Glove Delivery: For bulk helmet/gear orders (10+ units), we offer paid white glove delivery ($49 flat rate) with direct delivery to your location and product inspection; delivery time is 4-6 business days (contiguous U.S.).
  • Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Cycling Season), shipping may be delayed by 2-3 business days; we recommend ordering early.

Shipping Fees


We offer free standard shipping for all orders over **$39** (contiguous U.S.). For orders under $39 and non-contiguous U.S. shipping, fees are as follows:

  1. Contiguous U.S.: $4.99 flat rate for orders under $39; free for orders over $39.
  2. Alaska/Hawaii: 8% of order value (min $9.99, max $49.99); free for orders over $599.
  3. U.S. Territories (PR, Guam, etc.): 10% of order value (min $12.99, max $59.99); free for orders over $699.
  4. Express Shipping: $19.99 flat rate (contiguous U.S.) for 1-2 business day delivery; available for all products except bulk orders.
  5. Bulk Orders (10+ units): Free standard shipping for all U.S. locations (including AK/HI/territories).

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for personal reason returns; only the product price is refunded (minus restocking fee).

Order Tracking & Delivery Notes


  1. Tracking Information: After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link to monitor delivery status in real time. All tracking data is updated hourly.
  2. Delivery Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for damage (dents, tears, water marks) before signing for delivery. For damaged packaging, note the damage on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or refund.
  3. Product Protection: All helmets are packed in shock-absorbent foam and hard cardboard boxes to prevent impact damage; odometers are sealed in anti-static packaging to protect electronic components; protective gear is packed in dust-proof bags to ensure hygiene.
  4. Address Changes: Address changes must be requested before shipping (no charge for 1 change); after shipping, address changes incur a $9.99 processing fee and may cause delivery delays.
