Terms & Conditions

These terms (Terms) govern your purchase and use of products from our store, complying with U.S. federal and state laws (CPSC, FTC, CCPA) and forming a binding contract between you and our store. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

Order Submission & Confirmation


  1. Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. law. We reserve the right to confirm order validity and inventory availability before processing.
  2. We will send an order confirmation email within 1 hour of payment; this email is not a guarantee of shipment, only confirmation of order receipt. Shipment confirmation will be sent separately when your order is dispatched.
  3. Order Cancellations:
    • Cancellations within 12 hours of purchase: Free, full refund processed within 3 business days.
    • Cancellations after 12 hours (pre-shipment): 5% processing fee deducted, refund processed within 3 business days.
    • Post-shipment cancellations: Follow our Return & Exchange Policy (shipping costs and restocking fees apply).

  4. We reserve the right to cancel orders for the following reasons: insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping/ payment information, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

Product Compliance & Liability


  1. All our products meet U.S. CPSC safety standards: helmets comply with ASTM F1447 and ANSI Z90.4; protective gear meets bicycle safety impact standards; odometers meet electronic product safety regulations. All compliance certificates are available upon request.
  2. Product descriptions, specifications (e.g., helmet size, protective gear impact resistance, odometer functions) and images are for reference only; minor variations (e.g., helmet color shades, odometer screen brightness) are not considered defects.
  3. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for:
    • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., helmet fit discomfort, protective gear style, odometer interface).
    • Injuries or damages caused by improper use, failure to follow safety instructions, or use of non-compliant/modified bicycle gear.
    • Damages caused by bicycle gear used in competitive cycling, stunts or non-recreational activities (our products are for recreational use only).

  4. You are responsible for researching and complying with local/state bicycle gear laws (e.g., helmet mandatory laws) in your jurisdiction; we disclaim any responsibility for legal violations due to non-compliance with local laws.

User Obligations


  1. Provide true, accurate and complete order information (name, address, phone number, product size/preferences); you are liable for delays, additional costs or delivery failures caused by incorrect information.
  2. Use our products in accordance with the user manual and U.S. safety regulations; do not modify, alter or repair products without professional guidance (modifications will void all warranties).
  3. Do not resell our products for commercial purposes without our written authorization; authorized retailers must comply with our pricing and compliance standards.
  4. Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, returning used products as new, identity theft); we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders and pursue legal action against violators.

Warranty


  1. Helmet: 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., shell cracks, strap failure, padding detachment); the internal safety label must be intact for warranty claims. Helmets damaged in verifiable accidents are eligible for a 50% discount on a replacement helmet (police/accident report and proof of purchase required).
  2. Protective Gear: 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., stitching failure, padding tear, material degradation); normal wear and tear is not covered.
  3. Bicycle Odometer: 1-year limited warranty against electronic and mechanical defects (e.g., screen failure, sensor malfunctions, battery issues); physical damage (e.g., cracks, water damage) is not covered.
  4. Warranty Claims: Contact customer service with your order number and photo/video evidence of the defect; we will process replacement or repair within 5 business days. Warranty does not cover shipping costs for non-defective items.

Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution


  1. All website content (product images, descriptions, logos, user manuals, compliance documents) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws; unauthorized copying, modification, distribution or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.
  2. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will first be resolved via negotiation with our customer service team within 10 business days.
  3. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to arbitration in Travis County, Texas, USA in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, or filed in state/federal court in Texas.
  4. These Terms are governed by Texas state law and U.S. federal law; any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
